Of it's hardware RAID, reboot ithe server and press F12 or whatever it tells you in order to enter the RAID configuration utility.
There is no universal method.  Hardware RAID controllers are designed to mask the make/model and the fact that you are even using RAID from the BIOS and the operating system, so you must use a vendor-supplied utility.

Software-based RAID is a function of the operating system.

You could have an external RAID subsystem, such as a NetApp or EMC.   YOu don't even run management software on your systems, so no way to know.

Only tried-and-true 100% method is to get out a screwdriver and crack the case, assuming you know the RAID is not external RAID.   If you have a specific make/model of controller, then there is going to be a specific answer for you, but since you did not supply further info, this is best you can have for now.
What server software is the machine running? Windows server?

In Windows server right click on my computer -> go to manage -> Disk Management -> if you have a software RAID created within Windows the disk manager will tell you what type of RAID it is.

If you don't have that you can restart the machine and watch the post screens to see if it prompts you to push F6 or F2 or something of that nature to configure the RAID, if you have a hardware RAID card. Within the RAID configuration utility of the hardware you can see what type of RAID you have.

Also, manufacturers like Dell, HP and IBM have software that comes with the servers that you can load in the OS and view all the information about the hardware RAID cards installed.

What is the server OS?  Is is hardware or software RAID?  If hardware, what is the controller?  etc...
