Jumping to cell from link in web query result

Here's what I want to do:
In Excel, I would create a web query (HTML formatted), and point it to a web server that I have control over. The web server would return an HTML table, where some of the cells are links.

When the user clicks any of the links, the user would be taken to a certain cell (determined somehow by the link) in any of the sheets of the document. (If this requires a VBA macro to get executed, that's fine)

Is this possible in any way?

Thanks!
/Fredrik

That works really well. If my web query contains this:
<a href="#Sheet2!D4">Some text</a>
Excel will jump to the cell, just what I wanted.

Thanks!
