SBS 2008 - Exchange 2007

We are experiencing an issue where our SBS 2008 POP3 connector is downloading e-mails but they are not showing up in people's mailboxes. I am not able to find errors in logs related to this (maybe looking in wrong place).

We have been using this Exchange setup for several months now and not until our first day back from New Years break did we start having issues. All mailboxes are affected we have 17 users.

The emails do not show up in OWA or Outlook installed on PCs. They are for sure being downloaded because the emails are disappearing from the Inbox of the server the POP3 Connector connects to.

We are still able to send out e-mails just fine as well.
Have you checked the email folder where messaged downloaded are stored?
%PROGRAMFILES%\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\PickUp

You may need to check the badmail folder - this is where messages go if they can't be delivered:
%PROGRAMFILES%\Microsoft Windows Small Business Server\\Networking\POP3\Failed Mail
Sorry didn't see that you are on SBS 2008.  Here is a good article you may want to check:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/sbs/archive/2009/07/01/sbs-2008-introducing-the-pop3-connector.aspx
Under services please restart:
Microsoft exchange system attendant,  MS Exchange information store and MS ExchangeTransport.
Try again after that.
Hope that helps,
Olaf
