Where are the custom Commandbars shortcut when running an Access2003 app in Access 2007

I have an application that is an Access 2003 app runing in Access2007. The Export to Excel feature is not working. I added this to a report's right-click shortcut menu.

To create the menu item, in Access 2003, I'd right-click in the menu bars at the top, select 'customize'  and work may way through the process to modify and/or create the shortcut.

Now i open the DB up in Access 2007. I want to modify the app's shortcut in 2007. But where did the short-cut customization go. The shortcut item is on the shortcut menu, but how can I modify it. I need to do this in Access 2007 to debug the Excel export process.

"The error is that I have the wrong syntax or the Output to Excel option is not avaiable."
