Error: Kernal-eventtracing

Session "Circular Kernel Context Logger" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035

I get the following error message. Can anyone tell me how to begin troubleshooting what the problem is?

I'm a white box running Windows ultimate 64-bit Intel processors a eight core system with eight gigs of memory

This fixed my problem as well, thanks!  By the way, what is "Panther"?
