CentOS server will not reboot Apache - Urgent Help Please??

Hey,

I'm running an CentOS 5 Server with plesk. I was trying to reinstall Horde Webmail and so I ran the following...

[root@server ~]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng --install --name=horde
[root@server ~]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/webmailmng --enable --name=horde
[root@server ~]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
Can not restart web server:
[root@server ~]# /etc/init.d/httpd restart
Stopping httpd: [FAILED]

I then Uninstalled the horde system and reconfigured but I get the same error

I then get an email saying
Generating new Apache configuration on host <server.jellyfishhosting.co.uk> failed because the following error(s) occurred:

Can not restart web server:

Please fix error(s) in templates of Apache configuration and retry generating the configuration file.
