BES Setup, unable to run Exchange 2010 cmdlets
Hi Experts,
I am trying to set up a new Blackberry enterprise server and I am having issues running the following cmdlets,
get-MailboxDatabase
add-ThrottlingPolicy
Every time I try to run these i get the error "The term 'get-MailboxDatabase' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet function script file or operable program"
I am a novice on exchange 2010 and this is driving me nuts, any help would be appreciated as to why I can't run these cmdlets, do I need to add modules or anything?
Many thanks in advance

@jjdurant
thanks for the links, the compatibility one prompted me to look, and it seems the exchange team havn't service packed it, so I think that is the issue
@fatcontroller
Thanks for those, they are what I have been trying all evening yesterday in multiple variations with the same hair pulling results every time!

No exact answers, but one of jjdurant's links made me think about something else.
Needed to have Exchange SP1 installed in order to use the commands. Points awarded to others as input was appreciated.
