Illustrating and Simple Sketching Online

Someone has just suggested to me that I draw out what I want instead of trying to describe in words when it comes to web development.  The thought never occurred to me but now seems obvious.  Obviously, a better scanner configuration is step one.  Step two might be to find something 'designed' for this type of drawing with colored pencils and stuff.  Here is a tool that looks fantastic http://www.pixlr.com/editor/ and I 'think' the images can be saved and shared there.  This is a HUGE plus with regard to the hassle factor of saving and uploading, etc.  Is there anything web tool 'online' that is even better that this for doing hand drawn sketches?

Sometimes it is hard to understand or picture what a client wants for their web presence...

I myself as a developer ask my clients to browse the web for web sites that they would like their web site to look and feel like. This is not so I can copy the site outright, this only gives me the understanding and a guide of what they would prefer their web site to be like from a design prospective. Once I have a guide of their requirements, it's fairly easy for me to put together a web site with their preferred layout and navigation etc.
