Exchange 2010 Transport Service Fails to Start

The Exchange Transport service fails to start with the following error:

I've attempted to implement all the suggested solutions on this site with no success.

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

I went back over the Exchange settings using the MS support note 948000 that R--R provided above and was able to get the Transport service to start.

Thanks.
