Is crystal reports version 9 compatible with windows 7?
We have a semi-old software application that was (and still is) developed in powerbuilder and is used on all of our windows xp workstations. I have installed the application on a Windows 7 machine and everything works except when I attempt to run a crystal report. All of our crystal reports are version 9 so is that causing a problem? The win 7 machine in question is 64 bit. Not sure if that is also an issue.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Perhaps if it's an ODBC connection, create it with C:\Windows\Syswow64\odbcad 32.exe.

Not sure what mode its running in. But thanks, that helps.

actually server and database are both 32 bits.
But not the workstation, that's the problem.
ASKER
It fails on 32 and 64 bit windows 7 machines.
Then see mlmcc's answer.
