V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied. (Backup Exec 10d)

Hi yah

last weak I have delete one Admin user account, after that,  Backup Exe 10 d is running..
but it cant copy few exchange email.

note : its few email when its trying to copy i am seeing that error and then backup failed


what permission its asking for ??

Is the backupExec logon account the domain admin account or something else ?
Did you test the logon account ?

how do you check logon account ??

 when i restart backexec service , it works, it come back without any problem

Logon accounts is fine.. its something else ..

bellow the error i get always

V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to file xxxxx[xxx]¿Top of Information Store¿Calendar¿Canon Credit Control Meeting.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to file xxx[xxx]¿Top of Information Store¿Inbox¿Accepted: Canon Credit Control Meeting.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to file xxx[xxx]¿Top of Information Store¿Inbox¿Accepted: Updated: Canon Credit Control Meeting.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to file xxxxxx[xxx]¿Top of Information Store¿Deleted Items¿IT Update.
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.


here xxx is user name (different)
its like few items its unable to copy so its skipped

Can you ask the user to delete those calendar items.
Those are Meeting Requests which were accepted by XXX user.

Try the backup again.

Also:
a) Is the backup failing OR are you getting backup completed with errors.
b) Check if you can do a test restore if you are getting backup completed with errors.
