How do I customize my Standard Colors in PowerPoint 2010?

Is there a way I can customize my Standard Colors in PowerPoint 2010? I want our company colors to be there in the drop down menu instead of having to use “more colors” and putting in the RGB every time I want to use them. The only solution I am seeing to get our company colors in the drop down menu is to create a new theme color. The issue with creating a new theme color is that I don’t necessarily want the colors to always be the background or the font color.  I just want a way to always have these colors accessible without always having to enter the RGB.
