Automatic certificate enrollment for local system failed to enroll for one Domain Controller certificate (0x80070005). Access is denied.
I have installed an additional domain controller today on Windows Server 2003, and the setup completes successfully, when i go to event viewer right after finishing the installation, i notice the error of auto enrollment. It means the CA are not installed on the server, i tried to install CA from ADD Remove Components, during installation i have seen an error attached. Please help me in this issue....

Let's start basic ... Is the Time Zone, Date, and Time correct on the new Domain Controller (and the old one)?
Check your DCOM settings ... reference http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903220/en-us

Time Zone is correct for both domain controllers, also i followed the DCOM settings with the commands mentioned in the article but it gives an error that "the system cannot find the file specified" Please check the screenshot.

Before making this server as domain controller, i have installed WSUS and it was working properly, but as soon as i made it a domain controller i dont know what gets wrong with WSUS, and when i open WSUS it shows me Connection ERROR" Click Reset Server Node to try to connect the server again"

I have installed CA successfully by stopping some services, but now when i enter to event viewer i got some warnings , please check the attachment.
