outlook calendar time mismatch

For some reason when I go to enter an appt .the start date automatically comes up 1 week from that day.  Also, everything on my view of my colleague's calendar is 2 hours off.  For example if she has an appt. at 9:00am, that is what is on her calendar but my calendar shows that appt. for 11:00.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Thanks.  I checked system time, time zone on each computer, as well as time zone settings in Outlook; both have the same settings.  One computer needs a .NET update which I am doing now, will re evaluate after the update.
