Why don't you contact Mitc directly info@mitcsoftware.com and ask them to send you a copy of the file or the text so you can create the file

I have I am still waiting for the answe since yesterday I told them that i have this problem..in general the diskettes that we have for the installation not all install correctly, i am wondering if back then someone did not use other disk for actual installation...but I cant just sit around and wait for them..I have to do something...grant it this software is 9 years old, credit to them that they are even dealing with me but I wonder if its not to drive me to fustration to buy a new system...I am a few files away from pulling this off...spent a lot of time getting drivers and installing them for the dialogic card...
the guy at mitc told me its in my windows folder..and I search my computer and the diskette the file does not exist.. error says during installtion..::

Unable to copy file vvoice32.ini
NO such file or directory

does this mean that the diskette has a direction from itself to copy the file from itself to the machine's windows file but does not have it on the diskette.?
Sounds like in the end you might save time and money by doing an upgrade to current technology, worst case scenario is it probably will be more up to date and more efficient.

I did find one page that might have some info translated from turkish to english:
http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=tr&u=http://www.forum.makinemuhendisligi.net/index.php%3Faction%3Dprofile%3Bu%3D9%3Bsa%3DshowPosts&ei=As05TY3PMsO_gQeKztSLCQ&sa=X&oi=translate&ct=result&resnum=1&ved=0CBkQ7gEwAA&prev=/search%3Fq%3Dvvoice32.ini%2Bdownload%2Bfor%2Bmitc%2B%2Bsoftware%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26hs%3Doyg%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26prmd%3Divns

But it is really hard to tell if this is relevant.
I see a lot of info on this file but none that pertain to the particular software you are looking for and chances are that these .ini files are not at all the same.
Is it possible you could just find another program to run this that is maybe free and readily available?

Looks like you may have to wait or Bug MITC or just upgrading.
Check the disk and make sure that that file is on there. Problem with older diskettes they don't last forever and may eventually become corrupted. you might be able to manually copy the file from the diskette and put it in the correct place and re-try the install
I have another question open in a related sense..I have the old harddrive and thought to migrate info to this new machine...
