Windows 7 profile not loading??

I haven't had a problem till today. When I login to windows 7 I get the default profile and not the one I setup. After looking in the event log I see 4 different error's

I get 2 of these.

Event ID 1505

Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system.

DETAIL: Access is denied

Then I get

Event ID 1530

Windows detected your registry file is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded now. The application or services that hold your registry file may not function properly afterwards.
