What is ATL100.dll
i was having trouble importing my MySQL database to MS SQL Express. I found a tool that did work at this site here:

but when i went to open my VS 2010 after the import. I couldn't because I kept getting an error saying:
"The program can't start because ATL100.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
the file dll is on my computer so not sure why it's saying its not. has anybody experienced this? how can i fix this quickly, without having to reinstall / repair VS 2010.
it seems odd that the tool worked but this side effect occurred, otherwise, i would think i simply got some type of virus spy or spy ware or something. Any help would be appreciated.

cool. i got the data migrated. now i can't open VS because of the error described above. how do i get that error solved. my VS 2010 thinks it can't start because of the ATL100.dll "missing" but it is there. so how do i fix that part? but the data did migrate.

I re-installed VS 2010.
These two tools are too good as I personally used it.
