MYOB emails stuck in Outlook 2007 outbox bu still sends.

Hey Guys
I am sure someone here would have had this problem.
I now have two clients with the same problem including myself.
Basically every time we send invoice from MYOB it gets stuck in Outlooks outbox, but our recipients confirm that they do receive the email.
We are running a Small Business Server 2008
Workstations run Windows 7 and Office 2007
Virus protection is Trend Micro Worry Free Business Security.

Any Ideas?
