Windows 2003 Server Events 32 and 59, "Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.CRT could not..." "side by side"
Hello experts:
I have a Windows 2003 server which periodically exhibits very slow responses and from what I can see, these correlate with three events being logged in the 'system' events queue as follows:
Each time this occurs, the server will go unresponsive for a couple of minutes and then 'come back to life'.
I have checked the Kaspersky logs and there is a small correllation with events in Kaspersky but not complete. It did remind me that the server was due a restart which I have now performed.
Since restarting the server these events have all but ceased - a whole day without any and then checking this morning I note that at 01.06, six events were loggged as above 32,59,59,32,59,59 and there were no corresponding entries in the Kaspersky logs though the Kaspersky agent is mentioned in the system events.
It is too early to tell whether there was any downturn in server performance at that time but I would still like see these events dissappear completely if at all possible.

The same group of 6 events (two groups of three) occurred again this morning at 01:06 - same time as yesterday.
No correllation with any events logged by kaspersky and as far as I can tell there is nothing else scheduled for around that time yest the event clearly indicates 'kladminkit'.
Closer inspection of the logs reveals that this has happened every day since we installed Kaspersky A/V on the network. I shall be asking them too I think.

Perfect, no sidebyside events/warnings now.

Previous research pointed me to a similar download but Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 which I subsequently installed but it made no difference.
I will report back later.
