UPgrading BES 5.0.1 to BES 5.0.2

Hi,

My scenario/topology is as follows:

BAS 1 and BAS 2

BES 5.0.1 Primary and BES 5.0.1 Standby

I want to upgrade it all to BES 5.0.2.

What are the steps/precaustions I should be considering?

What I would recommend is to backup the BlackBerry Configuration Database first.

Suggest to upgrade BAS1 and BAS2 then the Primary & Standby as the database schema may have changed during upgrade,

Stop all BAS instances
Upgrade BAS1 and BAS2
Stop all BES instances
Upgrade BES primary and then Standby

HI STm,

I did the upgrade as u mentioned and then left office and now when i come back in the morning the webconsole is not opening for some reason....any tips on that ?

ok when i put ip instead of name for the webcome address it gets me the page but now when i enter my credentials and press enter it just sits there doing nothing, i press "login" and nothing ...it's not moving at all...
