Also, try renaming the local profiles, and retest. If it works, you know it was a corrupted profile....

I have a company that all uses MSN messenger to contact each other inside the company. I have 2 users that can't communicate with eachother. One user can see the other user as online, but if they try and chat the message doesn't go through. The other user see's this one user as offline but other users in the company see this user as online and can communicate.<br />
I have check to see if the user was blocking the other but that is not the case. I have checked the username/email and if I say send an email to the contact it works for both users.<br />
Any suggestions as to what I can try?
