Over 300 tables are encountering the following error:

Executing the query "ALTER INDEX [PK_ModemList] ON [dbo].[ModemList] RE..." failed with the following error: "Online index operations can only be performed in Enterprise edition of SQL Server.". Possible failure reasons: Problems with the query, "ResultSet" property not set correctly, parameters not set correctly, or connection not established correctly.

I searched on the microsoft website and found similar problems that were resolved by rebuilding indexes online: OFF. I applied the same solution as provided when runing STD version of SQL Server.  Unfortunately the solution did not work in my case.

Here is my soluction and when executed the step failed again with the same error

Executing the query:
Alter Index [PK_ModemList] ON [dbo].[ModemList] REBUILD WITH (PAD_INDEX = OFF, STATISTICS_NORECOMPUTE = OFF, ALLOW_ROW_LOCKS = ON, ALLOW_PAGE_LOCKS = ON, SORT_IN_TEMPDB = OFF, ONLINE = OFF)"

Please help with an alternative solution for Standard Version of SQL Server 2008 64bit edition
