My OS is windows 7 and i got a scare that I had lost my email contact list.  How do I backup my contact list, can someone please guide me the steps. thank u.

In Outlook , select File ---> Import and Export
Highlight Export to a file ---> Click Next
Choose your file format (PST) ---> Click Next
Highlight the Contacts folder. ---> Click Next
Browse to specify a location and file name for the exported contacts.
Click Next ---> click Finish.
