Does your account work if you log in via webmail?

How about POP3 or IMAP from your PC?

For Google Apps to work on your Android device, you first have to have Google Apps set up for your domain name.

There are notes on how to do this on Google's Help pages, including a step by step tutorial at http://www.google.com/support/a/bin/static.py?hl=en&page=guide.cs&guide=22229&topic=22241

Once your domain is verified, DNS settings changed, account open and email account setup, you can access your email via IMAP or POP3 from Android (or use the Gmail app) once you have enabled either IMAP or POP3 as you decide.

To enable IMAP:
1) Sign in to your email account via webmail (http://mail.google.com/a/yourdomain.com)
2) Click Settings at the top of any page
3) Click Forwarding and POP/IMAP
4) Select Enable IMAP

To enable POP3:
1) as above for steps 1, 2 and 3
2) Select "Enable POP for all mail" or "Enable POP for mail that arrives from now on"
3) Choose what to do with your messages after they're accessed with your POP client or device.
