How can I know the top 100 twitterers in a specific area?

Hi Social Network Gurus. I am trying to find which are the most popular twitterers (most followed) in Mexico (if possible by city). I have googled some pages, but they only have some of them. I know they do not hold a complete list because I myself follow some people that have more followers than those in the list.

Is there any crawling code out there or a page that displays the actual list or any better idea to find out?

Yeah, first of all twitterholic.com does not show any for Mexico City. Twitter counter does not show any information about some people that I follow who have more followers than some people in their list. Any other suggestions?

I meant the other way twitterholic.com does not show the top 100 but some random popular ones, and twittercounter.com does not show any info about Mexico or any of its cities.

You can change the location by city, state and country by changing the last section in the URL. Above is the one for Mexico City :)

It's not the most user friendly way of searching, but I haven't found a better application. If any other experts know of one I always welcome new resources.

I guess that "there is not a better option" might be an answer, but I certainly was looking for something more elaborated. Thank you.
