I would recommend CCleaner. Works great and is also free.

Microsoft MSE (free) and Malwarebytes (Paid) for your malware protection.
CCleaner for cleaning up all the junk/temp files and keeping your registry cleaned up.

Go for TuneUp Utilty 2011 suit, i would say it is the best product which incorporate bundle of functions and features into one package.

It provides various disk utilities, system scan utilities, Registry management tools, tools for managing your startup environment, tools to optimize your system .

Infact you can also schedule all these tasks for a later time.
