I am looking for information on Prices for TS 2008 licensing as well as Volume licensing for Office.

You need to contact a Microsoft partner who resells those licenses.  You can go to a local consultant, or you can contact the likes of Dell, HP, CDW and get a quote from them.  (Sometimes, going through a small partner could be cheaper - the margins aren't that great, but, for example, one large client I have goes through CDW and pays full MSRP while I usually offer my clients a small 5-10% discount).
