The problem was readdressed by development, the developer had used the wrong private key, whilst initially saying nope it was not their problem

The certificate has recently been renewed, on some machines the users can access the webpage, on some machines they could access it for the first day, then from the second day they received trust not granted. Our developers re-issued a certificate, re-enterd a the private key in the software and gave us the public key. Problem still exists.<br />
