I am running an SBS 2008 Server which receives emails direct using exchange. I am trying to enable Web OUtlook but it will not even run internally. How do I enable this?

OWA has 2 different addresses. One for external access and one for internal access. So, you should be able to browse to https://servername/owa from the inside and https://mail.company.com/owa from the outside. Most likely what's happening is your trying to access OWA from the public facing address and you cannot resolve it without going outside the internet router and back in. So, you either need to create a DNS zone on the server for mail.company.com and add a host A record for the internal address of the server or use the server's name in the URL as opposed to the public address.

To set the names for OWA you can run the "Connect to the Internet Wizard" and "Setting up your Internet address" wizards...check the web site administrator as well to verify the site addresses.
