Excel 2000 - Excel palette colors

Dear Experts,

Could you please have a short look on the attached pictures, I have a file which has available colors like on the first picture, so without "normal" green and red.

Could you advise how to switch on some default color palette for a file?

Tools-Options, Color tab, press Reset.
