I am using a program called Laredo which is a simple application to look up web based real estate information.  The program loads, then when I attempt to login I get the error message:

Exception EAccessViolation in module newlaredo.exe at 018F219F.
Access Violation at address 018F319F.  Write address 01f319F.

I have tried reinstalling and repairing the program.  This happen suddenly after the program had been working for a while just fine.  The PC had a printing issue that was resolved a now all of a sudden this program will not work.

Any know how to correct this error...?

As a test, I'd recommend that you add that application as an exception to the DEP list
