With an IHS install, the webserver by default runs on port 80 (and port 443 if SSL is enable) and the admin server runs on port 8008.

If you have changed the port, it would have been in the httpd.conf located in the conf directory of the IHS install root.

View that file with a text editor and look for "Port <some port number>" or "<VirtualHost <* or IP>:<Some port number>>"

Is this IHS or are you installing WAS Edge Components Proxy Server?  In that case, its asking you what port you want your proxy to listen.  So its your choice, just take note of what you enter.
