Windows 7/64 unable to print to Minolta C353 - RPC error

Our Windows 7/64 installation has been pretty successful, with most 64-bit print drivers working well off of our 2003 SBS.
However, one user has a glitch when he tries to print to our Minolta c353 -- he gets this error:
Error: the RPC server is unavailable
He's logged into the domain with local Administrator user rights but I can't modify the RPC service settings in the RPC Service Properties window.
Also, when I log into the local box as Administrator (i.e. take the domain out of the equation), the RPC Service properties are still greyed out.
This doesn't happen with other Windows 7/64 users. How can I resolve what appears to be an RPC issue related to the 64-bit C353 server print queue?
