Hi,

We receive over 300 PDF every month.  We have to open each one and enter into database.  The format is like this
Payment1    $100
Payment2    $200
Payment3    $300
Payment4    $400
Payment5    $500

My question i, is there a way to OCR it into EXCEL horizontally?  So we can dump it into db in one shot?  thanks

I use ABBY Fine Reader for such purpose and it suits me pretty well. Laying out the data in Excel comes later. A macro can help you there. Right now how is the output laid out in Excel at the moment?
