What is the quickest way to calculate the percentage difference between two fields on a report?

txtHolidaysHoliday = 80

txtHolidayHoursPayAvailable = 87.30

The record has 7.30 hours extra holiday pay available over what they can take, but how to I find out the percentage over excess holiday hours and put it in the control source of txtPercentageExcessHolidays
