The server will crash with this event:

Computer: ATHENA

Here is the site of the Zip file of Minidumps i collected: http://www.mediafire.com/file/2d9xy1tj375axc1/Mini021111-03.zip
Also the zip is embeded in this as an attachment

I have a few more from other days of crashing.

We were getting other issues with programs before the crash we removed the programs that were causing problems and crash still happens with a blue screen and a dump. I have no idea how to read dump files so i was hoping someone could help shine some light on this for me.

Also this server is Virtualized with VMware  Mini021111-03.zip

All your dumps point to lyncfile.sys.

Do you have Lync Software, which I believe is used by Layton Audit Wizard?

We do use DeviceShield, but no policy for our servers. Will look into see if the deviceshield program is trying to write a policy for that server.

According to Layton Tech, the Lyncfile.sys is what deviceshield uses to watch over the USB drives. And there is deviceshield deployed to this server. We are in the process of removing it

We removed the policy on the server, Now we just have to watch the server to see if it errors out again. Thanks for your help.
