How do I populate list in visual c++ mfc application?

I new to MFC so I'm completly lost here. I want to make application with database. I started simply, created a database with one table. On MFC I choosed SDI app without file support. I added list to form.

How do I populate my list from database, or better where? How to add rows in list when app starts?
