Let's say you have a Windows XP machine with IE8 installed at the factory default settings, i.e. remembering history, keeping temporary internet files, etc.  Is there a way to produce a report that shows browsing history?  Is there a free tool of some sort that can do this?

I'd think the better way would be to analyze the traffic for that particular machine at the core router/firewall.
