unable to open microsoft site in windows server 2000

Hi ,

i installed windows server 2000  SP 4 on my server. because of hard disk crash. I am unable to open microsoft and trend micro sites on my browser. its IE6.

Please provide me any links to download security updates for windows server 2000.

Last I am aware is:
Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 SP4 (KB891861)

IE7 is not supported, you have to manage with IE6 or other brand off course
