Hi,

What version of BES are you using:

What circumstances led to the issue - was there an an Exchange issue or something similar?

If you are using BES 4.1, you can highlight all users in BlackBErry manager and set the same activation password which would be emailed to them?

In BlackBerry 5, you can select manage multiple users, select your users and then set activation password.

Regards,

RobMobilioty.
