windows xp sp3 roaming profiles failed to load

Hello,
we are using romaing profiles and folder redirection for our user. srv is 03 and client xp sp3.
Very often the user is unable to load the romaing profile during the logon and instead of the roaming is loaded the local profile.
I have review the userenv log that you can see below but if you can review the content it will be helpful because i can't determine the reason.

HI,

Profile may be corrupted, now you are loading cached profile
* Take your profile backup before doing below steps

here is a same problem (I hav n't read it)

1. Copy a good working profile and rename it to your user then try to login

2. if above not worked, Delete your roaming profile and cached profile completely

delete cached profile entry from registry:
System Key: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
Value Name: DeleteRoamingCache
Data Type: REG_DWORD (DWORD Value)
Value Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)

now login with domain id, it would create new one
