how can i take back up of my mails from yahoo , because there were 38000 emails are there ...

This is the process - don't expect it to be quick with that amount of mail.  Certain you want to keep all of it?

Setup any old mail client as a pop3 connection to your yahoo account. Make sure you check the "leave a copy on the server" option so it doesn't download the mail and delete it from yahoo. Then hit send/receive and all your mail should get downloaded. They you'll have a local copy.
