zebra TLP 2824 Plus skipping 2 labels

We have an AS400 application we use for printing labels and have several printers working properly but there is one particular printer (Zebra TLS 2824 Plus) which is skipping 2 labels for every label we print. I don't think is the application because it works properly on other printers with the same model but I am not sure what is causing it.

Any ideas?

See page 81 of the User Manual (english), available from the Zebra web site.  If that doesn't work, contact Zebra technical support - this is most likely a printer issue.

You may want to verify that the remote outq description for this particular printer is identical to the other Zebra printers, first, and if it isn't correct the problem.

Also make sure that it is configured as the correct model in your barcode printing software, if you are using a package.
