I am looking for either a freeware, shareware or paid program. I want to design simple websites and need an EASY EASY to use program. Must have WYSIWYG and ability to make changes in HTML.

EXPERTS: Please only suggest programs you have first hand knowledge on. I would also appreciate a maximum of 3 suggestions so that the points will be worth it to someone. Thanks for understanding.

Hi Need-a-Clue,

The one I tend to recommend to people who want a free WYSIWYG solution is CoffeeCup:

http://www.coffeecup.com/free-editor/

It does a decent job rendering HTML and CSS and is not too hard to setup and use.
