sjef bosman thanks for the solution seems to works, but is there any case to ask me if I want to disable it or not, in order not to be automatic, because in same cases let say I want to send receipt.

Best Regards

That requires more programming, because I assume you want to see that a specific mail contains a request for a Return Receipt. So you can do something there. You'd have to change the Inbox, to make it show some icon or so when ReturnReceipt is on.

You could turn the agent into a manual agent, by setting it to run from the Actions menu, and tun it on selected documents.

Ah, that way. I suppose it can be done, but you need to have the Designer client to do some developments. It is not some standard option in Notes, unfortunately. Where exactly you have to modify the code I don't know, but that's usually not too difficult to find out (when you have good LotusScript development qualities).

Look in the script-library Common.lss and modify the function wReturnReceipt.

You have designer? Then go play with it! Really, pretty easy. A lot of questions like this, thet rick is to make things work despite the fact that the user doesn't have designer.
