delete row if some member is duplicate in excel

column a is email address and column b is name of email address column c is address

if  a some member of column a is duplicate I want to delete the row that duplicate keep only one row how can i write marco in excel

Do you need a macro?  There are ways to do this manually and very quick. Let me know.

Just create a column D with this formula, assuming you have headers, we'll put this in row 2

[D2] = countif(A:A,A2)

this formula will tell you if there is a duplicate , as it will be > 1

Then turn on data filters, filter for everything not = 1 and select the resulting rows and delete them.

Oh - one more - in Excel hit F1 for help.  Look up duplicate, then select 10 ways to clean your data - there's a section on a couple steps to delete duplicate rows..
