Backup Exec 2010 error

Few weeks back I have End up with my backup with the attached error. I have download the latest update from the site and looking for the tools to push the update to the Exchange server . Can any one give me the correct tools – options to push my changes from the media server to the respective agents .
I hope this will solve my issue. I did couple of time s . How can I log the error to the Symantec on this type of issue.

Hi,

If you have current maintenance with the product you can open the case by phone or web. If you like to open the case using web, you can create account and open case on Symantec support portal: https://mysupport.symantec.com/.

To push remote agent (also update)  to Exchange server (or any other server) you can use menu Tools | Install Remote Agent wizard.
