Id like to customize a toolbar in a template I will mail to user. However, Id like a macro to execute behind that customize icon or object II added there. Is that possible? How would I do that?
Will the user reciving the socumen out of the template get the customize toolbar too?
I created a vba code in the macro.

In the Customize dialogue, choose Macros in the left-hand Categories list. Browse for your macro and drag it to you button.

You could save the macro and the button in the document. Otherwise you would have to send the document's template. This would not be practical if it is the Normal template.

IT, Stop Being Called Into Every Meeting

Highfive is so simple that setting up every meeting room takes just minutes and every employee will be able to start or join a call from any room with ease. Never be called into a meeting just to get it started again. This is how video conferencing should work!

I was working on a PowerPoint add-in the other day and a client asked me "can you implement a feature which processes a chart when it's pasted into a slide from another deck?". It got me wondering how to hook into built-in ribbon events in Office.
