word 2003 question

Id like to customize a toolbar in a template I will mail to user. However, Id like a macro to execute behind that customize icon or object II added there. Is that possible? How would I do that?
Will the user reciving the socumen out of the template get the customize toolbar too?
I created a vba code in the macro.

In the Customize dialogue, choose Macros in the left-hand Categories list. Browse for your macro and drag it to you button.

You could save the macro and the button in the document. Otherwise you would have to send the document's template. This would not be practical if it is the Normal template.

the template with the toolbar is not displaying.
I'm sorry, zachvaldez

Your first language is probably not English, but we need a bit more explanation.
Thanks for your answer  G, but the last comment is unnecessary.
