Hello, I have a user that is reciveing ERROR 807 when he tries to connect via VPN.  He is using Windows7 to connect to my VPN concentrator and Im not sure what settings to tell him to use for Windows 7.  I already told him he should be using PPTP and that didnt help either.

Try disabling the firewall and antivirus on the computer.
