Content of tab widget using smaller font ?

I am new to jQuery UI, and I am experimenting with the tab widgets.  I've just noticed that when copy a table from outside of the tab widget, and then I paste the same table into the tab widget, the table seems to display in a smaller font.  It seems the table renders in approx. 12pt text outside the tab widget, but renders in approx. 8pt text inside the tab widget.  This happens on all content on all tabs.

Any idea why the widget seems to shrink the content?

My guess is that your widget has some dedicated CSS as well (perhaps something like jquery.ui.tabs.css?). Do you have a link to an example?

A lot of times (if downloading from the jquery site) your download will come with this CSS file as well.  This is what styles all of the elements used in your widget.  As I recall the tabs use the <ul> and <li> tags, so that would be a good place to start!

Post an example and I might be able to help further.

Thanks for the answer.  There was some dedicated CSS that I wasn't aware of.
